Financière de Tubize  has entered into a separate shareholders agreement with each of the following shareholders : (i) Schwarz Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & CoKG, (ii) KBC Bank NV, (iii) Degroof Corporate Finance SA, Imofig SA and Levimmo SA, (iv) Compar Finance SA and (v) Pharmahold SA and Cosylva SA who act in concert in the meaning of article 3, §1, 13° of the law of 2 May 2007.

KBC Bank NV acting in concert with Financière de Tubize SA
