Wellington Management Group LLP, notified that, following an acquisition of UCB shares with voting rights by controlled undertakings of Wellington Management Group LLP, the aggregate holding of Wellington Management Group LLP crossed upwards a 3% threshold on 25 August 2026.

On 25 August 2026, Wellington Management Group LLP (taking into account the holding of its affiliates) owned 5,846,454 voting rights, representing 3.01% of the total number of shares issued by the company (194,505,658).

Wellington Management Hong Kong Ltd, Wellington Management International Ltd and Wellington Management Europe GmbH are direct controlled undertakings of Wellington Management Global Holdings, Ltd. which, in turn, is a direct controlled undertaking of Wellington Investment Advisors Holdings LLP which, in turn, is a direct controlled undertaking of Wellington Group Holdings LLP which, in turn, is a direct controlled undertaking of Wellington Management Group LLP. The shares are registered in the names of the Accounts or nominees according to their respective holdings.
