UCB has completed patient recruitment in its Phase 2b (PossibILity) dose-ranging study evaluating galvokimig in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, ahead of anticipated timelines. The earlier than expected completion of enrolment enables UCB to accelerate its topline 52-week readout to the end of 2027, bringing this important clinical milestone forward from the previously anticipated 2028 timeframe.

Galvokimig is an investigational multispecific antibody designed to target both Type 2 and Type 3 inflammatory pathways through inhibition of IL-13, IL-17A, and IL-17F. The Phase 2b program was initiated in December 2025 and is designed to identify the optimal subcutaneous dose and dosing regimen of galvokimig in atopic dermatitis, with participants continuing blinded treatment through Week 52.
