UCB successfully completes its fixed rate Bond issue
Brussels, Belgium, March 11, 2013, 17.30 (CET) - UCB SA/NV ("UCB") announces today that it has successfully completed the placement of its 3.75% fixed rate bonds through a public offering in Belgium. The offer period has been early terminated on March 11, 2013 at 5:30 pm. The aggregate nominal amount of the bonds has been set at EUR 250 million.
The transaction was 2.8 times oversubscribed.
The payment date will be March 27, 2013.
BNP Paribas Fortis, ING Bank N.V., Belgian Branch and KBC Bank act as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for this transaction.
The bonds will be listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels.
