Leaders matter. They chart the course for a company and, by their own actions, set an example for others to follow.
UCB CEO Dr Roch Doliveux embodies UCB’s promise to develop new therapies that patients need; to be Inspired by Patients. Driven by Science.
This has been recognised in the past by awards from patient groups and his appointment as Chairman of the EU Innovative Medicine Initiative.
He is held in equally high esteem by the pharmaceutical industry itself. We were delighted to see Dr Doliveux named as ‘Executive of the Year’ at the 9th Annual SCRIP Awards held in London.
SCRIP Intelligence is a leading source of news and strategic analysis for the global pharmaceutical industry. This annual awards ceremony showcases the most outstanding players in pharma and biotech, providing an opportunity to acknowledge and applaud the highest achievers in the industry.
This endorsement encourages all of us at UCB to continue our efforts to harness scientific knowledge to serve patients, knowing that we are on the right track.
