Cimzia®
(Crohn's disease - Rheumatoid arthritis)

Cimzia® (certolizumab pegol) is a PEGylated tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) blocker indicated in the US for:

• reducing signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease and maintaining clinical response in adult patients with moderately to severely active disease who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy.
• treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis.

In Switzerland, Cimzia® is indicated for the induction of a clinical response and for the maintenance of a clinical response and remission in patients with active Crohn's disease who have not responded adequately to conventional treament.
