UCB plans to build a cGMP Biologics Pilot Facility on its site of Braine-l'Alleud in Belgium, further executing its strategy to become the next generation biopharma leader focusing on central nervous system (CNS) and immunology.
The cGMP Biologics Pilot Facility is expected to become operational early 2012. Advanced feasibility studies are currently ongoing.
The cGMP Biologics Pilot Facility will allow UCB to further optimize the bio-manufacturing processes for its biological compounds under development, extending its knowledge and competencies in this field.
In the context of this project, UCB welcome companies having an interest in being invited to potential future tenders to register themselves by filling in the form available through the following link.
