Big plans for industrial scale biotech plant

Exciting times. Every day we move a step closer to building our new biotechnology production unit in Bulle, Switzerland. Three weeks ago we presented the architectural design and two weeks ago we submitted the building permit application to authorities. The construction will start in early 2012.

A new chapter in UCB’s history will soon be written: by the end of 2012, we will open our first UCB-owned biologics pilot plant in Braine.
