Summer party

The Summer Party is an annual event, bringing together our staff based in Belgium.

Its objective is to offer to our staff the opportunity to share a festive moment - to take time to discuss, mingle and network with colleagues coming from all horizons and departments.

Speeches, strategy, and economic and financial information are off the agenda. Instead, the focus is on dancing, concerts, delicious food, fun and enjoyment!

This annual event contributes to the development of the corporate culture "One UCB" and aims to avoid a “silo” atmosphere.

The 2010 Summer Party featured all the rhythms and flavours of Haiti - because there was a humanitarian objective as well. Thanks to the sale of tombola tickets, small gifts from Oxfam and drinks, we have collected funds to contribute to the reconstruction of a health care centre in Haiti.
