Confidentiality of privileged information

The Directors, managers and employees undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information and deliberations. Privileged confidential information whether it relates to the Company or to a third party will only be used for the purpose it has been provided for. It will only be passed on to others if necessary in view of this purpose and the proper execution of the projected tasks.
