Answers to our investors' frequently asked questions:

When was UCB founded?

Created in 1928 by the merger of 13 factories manufacturing various intermediate chemicals, Union Chimique Belge has transformed itself over recent decades into UCB.
This development has been the result of a consistent desire to respond to the challenges of the times by pursuing a strategy of specialisation, which through many investments and divestments as well as acquisition has enabled a new company to be developed.
