UCB is committed to increasing transparency relating to the existence and results of sponsored clinical studies. In light of this, we are committed to disclosing balanced and accurate information regarding our hypothesis-testing clinical studies, regardless of outcome, to ensure that physicians and patients have access to relevant information from clinical studies.

UCB complies with the ClinicalTrials.gov requirements and provides regularly updated information (trial’s purpose, participation criteria, locations and contact details) about publicly and privately supported clinical research in human volunteers.

Furthermore, the clinical trial results can be consulted on the website of ClinicalStudyResults.org. This database serves the valuable function of making clinical trial results for many marketed pharmaceuticals more transparent. We recognise our ethical obligation to make scientifically and clinically relevant information promptly available to the public.
